Manuel and the rest of the staff were helpful and took care of everything... read more for us, including coming to rescue us when we got caught in a deluge. The farm was charming and the food terrific. Would love to come back. The best? It’s easy to see the values reflect both true cyclists and travellers.

  Cycling in the Alentejo  - We did a cycle tour with Turaventur. 5 nights at the farmhouse and guided cycles daily. The accommodation at the farmhouse is cosy with our room having a lovely balcony... read more to relax after the daily cycle. Our guides were great and we had interesting days despite the extremely hot unseasonal weather in October. We hired electric bikes and I was very glad of this as there were lots of undulating roads. We mostly used quieter country roads. Breakfasts daily at the farmhouse were great. We also met some travellers who were on one of the companies guided tours who sounded like they had had a wonderful time . Overall I would very much recommend Turaventur if you are looking for a great cycling or other adventure.
